Hello,
I recently uploaded an app to google play and I changed the name to something that is different from the bundle identifier. It is still practically the same thing just the order of the words changed. I was wondering if google will suspend/strike the app over this and if I should take the app down. Thanks in advance

As far as I know you can change the app's name on GP all you want as long as you don't use some trademark. It doesn't have to be the same as the bundle identifier (or package). I've changed the names of some of my apps a few times without any problems.

Thank you for your speedy response. I appreciate the input. One last question and I know it sounds stupid however I do not want another Strike/Suspension if it is something I can avoid.

Okay so my question is my apps name is Hover Balance Board Extreme. However the identifier is com.J53Industries.HoverBoardBalanceExtreme. So my main concern is whether or not the word "Hoverboard" is trademarked and whether or not it matters.

I know it does not concern anyone however if anyone could help me out it would help me in the future. Thanks everyone for their help it is greatly appreciated.

I'm no legal expert at all, so take my opinion with your own judgement here. I did a quick search on the U.S. trademark database and there is a few trademarks for the term "Hoverboard"

(edit, my link didn't work)
http://tmsearch.uspto.gov/bin/showfield?f=doc&state=4805:44meln.2.1

http://tmsearch.uspto.gov/bin/showfield?f=doc&state=4805:44meln.2.3

I don't see any software or computer trademarks for "Hoverboard" though, so those trademarks may not apply to you. Again I don't really know for sure, just my opinion. This is just a U.S. trademark search though, so it doesn't include trademarks that may be registered in any other countries.

The thing about the package name is you can't change it. If you want to change that you have to upload it as a new app. So any downloads, ratings, search ranking and such won't transfer. If you've already published it, and GP hasn't suspended it, I wouldn't worry too much about it.
