Hello community,

I don't know if you guys used this or see this before but i can't find it anywhere. Apparently there is a Chartboost support dashboard, where you can see the status of your current ticket, and the history of your ticket. I think you have an automatically created account once you email chartboost for a ticket, and also you can create one. 
I can't find it on Help site so I've think I should put a direct link here:

Also this link may be attached to your email somehow.
I hope this would be useful someday.

Hey Authwobe, thanks for the post and letting us know. 
The chartboost team are a cool bunch i think and they usually help out with any problems quickly. If anyone is stuck and wants to email them directly I think the support email is support@chartboost.com

I manage the Zendesk support system for Chartboost.

Thanks, authwobe, for posting that address.  

However, at present,  the service to view the status and history on your tickets is not available.
