Hello to all, I'm about 4 Months in to indie game development involved.
I got 5 games, I'm on Google Play, Amazon and now i got 2 Apps on the App Store I'm waiting for reviews for others, I got about 700 downloads on Google Play. [frown] All my games have only Chartboost integrated and i always put ads only on game over screens or between levels avoiding to interrupt gameplay. A got frames in ads and more games button in every game. Now the main point i got 12$ made in 4 Months (and yes the campaigns are optimized) i think even for a indie dev that this is to small revenue. What do you think about video ads on chartist they bring only 0.01$ is it worth? This q goes special to you Mark you have the most experience. 

And what do you think about apps without ads and put them on the store for 0.99$ i think i made by now more then 12$ if i approach it that way

I don't think it's a problem with your ad newtork or what type of ads your using. You just don't have enough downloads yet. It's super hard for a new developer to get downloads these days. I would try focusing on ASO, promoting any way you can.

I've found focusing on the quality of my products is starting to pay off, because:
  • We believe (but aren't 100% sure) that App Stores track the amount of time users spend on your app and factor this into your ranking.
  • People spend longer in the game, watching more ads/buying inAPPs.
  • You can put more enticing screenshots and descriptions as your game has more features/polish/levels etc.
Sure, it's possible to market simple games and make them popular, but it's far easier to market good/feature-filled games.

(I haven't seen your games so I don't know how fully-featured they are, just giving you my personal experience)

Ok Grumpy thanks  just write risbogames in to google play there are my games cos i wait on the app store for reviews and they are not all up!

I think your apps badly need monetization. Maybe, try free app monetization software http://www.appodeal.com/ . It`s easy-to-use and very effective.

No I'm doing very well now on the App Store and i don't develop any games for google any more thx for your link but i don't need such things

This is the second post I've found of you trying to "sell" us that "appodeal" thing.
I'm warning you again, if you are here to make cheap marketing your not welcome in this community. If you wanna help or get helped it's fine, but don't come here with that unless you have solid proof it's worth it.
