Has anyone tried the native Ads from AdMob?

Any opinions? is it worth to mess up again with the Xcode and update the apps again on the itunes store, in order to integrate the Native ads?

All the best,

Hey Absinth.
What are native ads exactly? I've heard of them plenty of times but im not clear on what they are.
I should probably already know the answer to this considering i've been in mobile games for 5 years now lol.

native ads are ads that can fit perfectly into an app like it was included in an app. it quite different from normal ads, instead of caching and showing ads, you cache and a series of data like image of ads and other information are returned to you and you implement it to fit perfectly in your app. i think native ads is here to replace banners cause it more appealing to the eyes and users are more likely to click it. An example below.

can somebody pls confirm that the ads in this app are native or not. u click that gift icon and then there is full screen with a refresh button which when pressed loads a new ad. I really liked this method to show some meaningful ad just in case user wants to see ads but doesn't like this the first ad impression so he/she can refresh to get another ad.

@Skyezeno - thanks for the reply and explanation.
I tried to load the image but it didn't appear, can you paste it as an image in the thread instead of as an attachment, thanks.

Native ads usually used in list: Instead of banner on the top or on the bottom, you put them between items list.
The good example is Facebook friend list or news feed. This kind of ads are not recommended to use in games.
