Does anybody here has experience in dealing with website like https://flippa.com

1) Is it no scam thing?
2) Are stats shown for app real?
3) Ant tips, how do you choose apps?

Never bought any app from this website but I have been checking it for a long time and im sure it's not a scam, the stats shown are not always accurate, I always think that if an app is making money then there is no reason to sell it so be careful.

I think we don't get source code after purchase or do we?

Not sure about that but I have seen some sellers mention that the source code is included, you can ask before you buy

Well people can get up to 50,000 $ for an app right now,thats the highest I know one guy got, or 200,000 $ for the complete portfolio. Why wait years for the profit to come in.

You have to remember that's there's a reason that they are selling their app/game. Most of the time it's because it's past it's peak and they just want to make a bit more money before it dies completely.

Also there's a lot of games/apps on there that are just reskins looking for people that want to have game/app without any knowledge.

Though saying that, sometimes there are some good ones on there, never purchased one myself but do check from time to time
