They released a new video yesterday about the new unity graphic possibilities.

This video is not pre-rendered trailer, its realtime rendered. (you could call it ingame graphics)

I hope mobile device will some day able to run these grapics (which they will in some years)

What do you think ? Maybe in some years from now games with graphics like this made with Unity will dominate the mobile market ?

Hey HelloWorld. I seen this trailer yesterday too. It looks amazing. It would be awesome to have these level of graphics on mobile eventually. I bet they were running this on a super high end machine though lol.

Look at the video description [tongue]
It says "It runs at 1440p on a GTX980 standard edition".

I think if you take a graphic card from like 8 years ago and compare it to a gpu on a brand new galaxy S7 for example, you will get the same benchmark results.

The future is near [cool]

The only thing that im unhappy about the unity engine is, that the effort to make some bad game is very low, so users will maybe start to recognize the unity logo at the start of so many low quality games, so if there is a AAA title made with unity people wont think that its a good game.
The opposite to this for example is the cry engine, almost every game made with it is just stunning so people are really looking for games made with the cry engine.

You are also able to make mobile games with the cry engine they are very high quality (eg. http://www.crytek.com/games/fibble/overview)
Games made with it get featured by apple and google play very fast, so maybe im going to use cry engine for my next projects since its now able to run with c#.
