Hi guys, I uploaded three games yesterday on SlideME, one of them a reskin. They cancelled all the three games, including the other two who where exclusively mine and they say it was open source or bought software. Shame on SlidemE.

It worries me because most of my downloads were comming from there. Do you have any experience with SlideME? Did this happen to you also? Do you upload now your games to SlideME? Its important to upload the games there?

I have a lot of games there. Few of them got suspended for not having enough features. Try out Opera. It's better then SlideMe.

I wouldn't worry about it - I uploaded an app there once as a test at around the same time as to google play, checking the results now:
Google Play: 1647 active /8365 total https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bestgamesstudios.pony
SlideMe : ?? active / 1658 total http://slideme.org/application/running-pony-3d-little-race

so, it's a small percentage of google play.

I uploaded them to GP, Amazon, GetJar, Mobogenie and Opera now. I hope to be lucky, but SlideME was extremelly strict to me, even suspensing games I did myself. Thanks for answering guys. bestgamesstudios: nice stats btw, its very hard for me to get downloads on google play.

When I uploaded XXX Shooter(after agreement with Martin) SlideMe banned me for multiple account. They didn't hear to explanation. They have very strict and aggressive politic than before. Just try other markets.

Good to hear that is a common issue. And that we can rely in other markets. I actually use GP, Amazon, GetJar, Mobogenie and Opera.

I heard Mobogenie is not approving new apps.
Check Samsung store as well.

I cant access Samsung store, I dont know if its my country that is blocked or what. i go to apps.samsung.com and it redirects to http://www.samsung.com

I saw it says i need to upload apps with Samsung SDK? What the heck is that

You should add some of Samsung SDK. I use Pen SDK: couple of line in manifest + 1M to apk.

yeah it's really weird - samsung now doesn't allow apps that are not "specific" to samsung, so to trick it you modify the manifest, then they review/approve it

speaking of which, I just cheched the same Pony app that I mentioned above for google play/SlideMe, and in the samsung store it has 394 downloads

EDIT: I also checked the LG store - now that store has the worst Developer Console ever - it's slow, and very hard to find stuff. after a lot of searching I simply couldn't find the "total downloads' - all I know is this month I had 84

Hey All. 
Yeah we also had lots of problems with Slideme being very strict. I think they cancelled almost all our games. They don't allow games which show ads usually, such a pain.
For Samsung we need to get some games on there too. I uploaded some a few years ago and it does produce some downloads. That store seems quite professional because it is Samsungs first party store. Also T-Store seems good but we didn't get a game live on there yet. So we really need to get our games published in to more areas once we have the team structure set up.

For tracking downloads on different stores we will just create a separate app ID for each game in the ad networks. So for example we will have SniperXXX google app ID, SniperXXX samsung app ID, SniperXXX opera app ID etc etc. This means we can track downloads separately and in one place. But for 3rd party app stores we'll probably use Startapp.com ads or airpush.com ads, not chartboost or applovin since they are not supported.

By the way, I'll move this post to the 'game marketing' questions section so that others can see it and also give answers.

If you have questions you can post them in Pro Videos section no problem and I'll be able to answer them. And then later I'll move them to the open section of the forum.
